Dear Friends,

Thank you for visiting my website. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere level of gratitude to all of those that became part of this campaign. Whether you contributed your time, your money, or your vote you were part of a movement and a voice for change. Now, as you all know the election didn’t end quite as we had hoped, but take solace in the fact that you and I were part of a campaign that defied the odds makers and truly exemplified a grassroots community oriented approach to politics, an approach that we must not forget or let diminish in the coming years. You and I must remain vigilante in the pursuit of truly representative government that stands for all the citizens not just for those with a particular opinion.

Once again I thank you, for all of the support and kindness that you have given to me, but most of all I thank you for your participation and interest in the political process. It is when citizens become truly engaged and informed, that we can restore our state’s progressive tradition. Therefore, I commend you on the work you have done but I also urge you to continue on and ensure that others become engaged and informed, for that is role that we as citizens must play to ensure that our voices are never silenced.
